FINISH WELL IN CHRIST
Finish Well in Christ (FWIC) is based on Paul’s journey in Acts 20:24: "However, I consider my life nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me – the task of testifying the good news of God’s grace."
Our mission is to share Christ in the "marketplace" and help professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, students, and senior citizens navigate the journey of life in Christ.

Manoj (MJ) Mathai is a businessman, evangelist, and the President of FWIC. He is a public speaker who shares the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. He encourages people to realize that despite life's trials, afflictions, and difficulties, they can experience a joyful and victorious life through the power of God; the love of Christ; and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit.
About MJ
Manoj (MJ) Mathai is a Businessman and Senior Executive leading a successful business that supports the United States Federal Government. He earned his Metallurgical & Aeronautical Engineering degree from a prestigious educational institute in India. Before moving to the United States in 1999, he was an engineer manufacturing Aircrafts and Steel Production. Since then, MJ has switched professions to Information Technology and supports his daughter, Sheryll Manoj, as they establish their business in the Washington DC metro area. The company assists US Federal agencies with software development, cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, modernization, data analytics, cybersecurity, and various other services.

MJ has received Lifetime Achievement and Distinguished Alumni awards, and his company has been recognized as one of the Fastest-Growing Small Businesses by Washington Technology.

MJ lives in Northern Virginia with his wife Sudha Manoj, his two daughters, Sheryll and Sanya, his sons-in-law, Renju Dominic and Joseph Fabrizi, and his seven grandkids. Sheryll, the elder daughter, is the President of their company. She has five kids, two of whom were adopted from India. Sanya is married to a Veterinarian and has two boys.
On August 11, 2023, God changed MJ's life when he was diagnosed with Stage 3 Renal Cell Carcinoma (kidney cancer). The initial prognosis was that it would reach stage 4, granting him anywhere between 6 months and 2 years left of life on Earth. However, Christ intervened and turned this terrible situation into a blessed event: in 17 days, he went from Stage 3 Kidney Cancer to no sign and completely healed. MJ is also a founding member and President of Friends for Christ, a Washington DC metro-based organization centered around "living together for Christ."
